With the philosophy of Martial Arts and Health for Personal Development, our adult program combines 14 different sub-systems:

- Sinawali (Double stick)
- Solo baston (Single stick)
- Daga (Knife defense)
- Kadena de Mano (closed range empty-hand)
- Panuntukan (Filipino boxing)
- Sikaran (Filipino kickboxing)
- Dumog (Filipino wrestling)
- Largo Mano (long range)
- Espada y Daga (sword and knife)
- Sibat / Bangkow (spear / long staff)
- Trangkada (joint locks and pressure points)
- Pencak Silat & Silat Sarong

- Hilot (Filipino Health system)
- Qi Gong / Panlohob na Lakas (Energy work - Meditation)

In our adult program, these concepts are woven together into a complete and very effective martial arts system. Any improvement in one aspect of the program will accelerate progression in the others.

Our classes are divided in 4 groups: Beginners, Intermediates, Advanced and Instructors (Black Belts); each group with not only a specific curriculum, but also different goals.


Beginners

Goals:

- Basics
- Develop martial imagination and Self-confidence
- Health: Basic Health concepts (water, breathing, posture...)

 

Intermediates

Goals:

- Technique / Self-defense
- Look / attitude
- Health: Diet (acid / alkaline balance)

 

Advanced

Goals:

- Technique / Flow
- Counters against any attack
- Prepare test for Black Belt
- Health: Positive thinking

 

Black Belts

Goals:

- Advanced Techniques, Flow and Strategies of the school
- Counters against any attack + vital points
- Know the entire curriculum to be abble to teach it
- Health: Meditation, peace of mind, balanced Life-style

 

Our goal with this curriculum is to give our students the best tools, not only for self defense, but most important, for living a better and healthier life; to provide them with great Focus and Energy; to boost up their life with Positivism, Perseverance and Confidence; and finally, to promote the rich and colorful cultures of the Philippines and South-east Asia in general.
